Ministry Advantage Training

Oftentimes we emphasize the leading of the Holy Spirit (the wine) without paying any attention to structure or systems in our church (the wineskin). A poor wineskin can waste the precious wine that God has so graciously given to us. It is also easy to be caught up in the “daily-ness” of pastoring only to find that we feel as though we are rowing in circles, without much progress.

Masterbuilders Training Institute will present a training event that will help pastors and church leaders focus on the unique vision that God has give each of our churches and assist them to begin to work better together as teams to implement strategic systems that will help grow to our full potential. Together we will:

• Learn how to discern and clarify the God-given vision for your church
• Learn how to put vital systems and processes in place to realize that vision
• Learn how to best use your human resources and fight off exhaustion by implementing team ministry
• Learn about Ministry Advantage and how it can help your church reach its God-given potential in seven critical areas of church development Strategic Planning and Implementation
• Organizing for Growth
• Maximizing Staff & Volunteer Roles
• Increasing Retention & Assimilation
• Developing a Culture of Teams
• Leading People Through Change
• Maturing a Church Financially

For the convenience of the pastors attending, this equipping event will be held in conjunction with the Masterbuilders National Conference. Those who are traveling to the conference (Monday thru Wednesday) need only to plan to stay one extra day (Thursday). We will begin at 9:00am and be through by 2:00pm. Please let us know if you are planning to attend by registering by email so that we can plan accordingly.
